Biography

Jennifer, who joined the Children’s law Center in 2013, is an attorney and Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working in the fields of domestic and sexual violence since 1994.  She previously operated a solo law practice where she specialized in working as a Child and Family Investigator (CFI) in domestic relations cases. She is known statewide for her expertise in domestic violence and domestic relations law, and trains a variety of professionals on these issues. Jennifer is co-chair of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She was previously the Executive Director of WINGS Foundation, Inc., a law enforcement victim advocate, and a case manager/counselor at a shelter for homeless families.
