The Children’s Law Center trains and supports attorneys interested in volunteering as an advocate for a child. Volunteer attorneys can represent children in domestic violence, education cases or caregiver advocacy cases.
We provide legal training that promotes quality advocacy and a rewarding volunteer experience. Volunteers have the opportunity to advocate on behalf of children while working closely with their parents and caregivers to keep them safe and to foster healthy family relationships.
Volunteer attorneys allow us to help hundreds more children every year. They are a voice for a child when otherwise there would be none.
